This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money is unbeatable. For such a reasonable price, I was able to enjoy all the comforts of a high-end hotel. The attention to detail in the decor and design of the lobby, rooms, and rooftop was simply breathtaking. It truly felt like stepping into a hidden oasis in the middle of Marrakesh's El Moukef district. The hotel's location in an alleyway amidst a maze of winding back streets added to its charm and gave me a true sense of immersion in the local culture. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were available 24/7 and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. From providing basic amenities such as a hairdryer and cupboard space in the rooms to serving a delicious breakfast every morning, they left no stone unturned in catering to their guests' needs. Lastly, the rooms themselves were comfortable and cozy, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

This hotel is located in a quaint, quiet alleyway which makes for a peaceful night's sleep. It is an excellent location to stay in if you want to delve into the hustle and bustle of the old city, yet still feel safe. the rooms are extremely clean and the bathrooms are very nice. the hotel staff is very helpful and provides top-notch service. the breakfast served on the roof terrace is also great and provides a wonderful view of the surroundings.
There were individuals outside who would offer assistance to the hotel but then demanded payment, which made some guests uncomfortable and at times scared for their safety.

This hidden gem in the heart of Medina will transport you to a different world. The staff is always ready to help and the food is amazing. You can enjoy the peace by the pool or have breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The rooms are clean and beautiful, offering a glimpse into Moroccan style. Plus, the free wifi is a great bonus.
The alleyways leading to the hotel might be confusing at first and there were occasional roadworks but that is a small price to pay for the authentic experience this location offers. Watch out for the children in the area who offer help in exchange for money.

Liked the authentic feel of the hotel, with beautiful design and comfortable rooms. the staff were friendly and the food provided was delicious. the hotel was in a great location near the main attractions. the breakfast was enjoyable with a range of options available. One of the best aspects was the welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at home.
Disliked the difficulty in finding the hotel due to the lack of signage and the surrounding area being hard to navigate, especially at night. the initial arrival was slightly uncomfortable due to the area being busy with vendors and local children approaching tourists.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
